History of the Building
The first known owner of this building was master John (Johanispraetextarii), and the first mention of the building was dated around 1386. Nowadays, the architectural shape of the building is a baroque re-construction from the beginning of the 18th century. Every re-construction after this date was only "cosmetics", leaving the structure as it was: builder J. Zelenka made some minor changes to the latest classical style in 1848, a part front change designed by the builder Fleisik in 1902, and a part disposition change by the designer Ludovik Labera.
