Description:

Klimentska Apartment is a nice and modern flat in the heart of Prague, in a recently renovated building. It is located right next to the famous St. Peter church, a five minute walk away from the old town square, Charles Bridge and National Theater.

You can also get to the river in a few minutes in order to enjoy a romantic walk and the beautiful view of the Prague castle. Near the apartment, you'll find a recently-opened shopping center, the Palladium. 3 minutes from the apartment, there are 2 trams stops, a bus- and metro-station, which allows you to get to any place in the city quickly by public transportation. The area is full of restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy both international and Czech dishes, beverages.

The apartment
The flat is located on the 5th floor, and it has 2 inner-stories. The building has an elevator. Size is 70 m2, making it suitable for up to 5 persons (one more extra bed is possible for a 6th person).

On the first floor, you'll find the kitchen with all the necessary equipment (fridge, electronic stove, microwave oven, cutlery, coffee-maker, water boiler). From the kitchen, you'll enter the spacious living room with a pull-out sofa. Also on this floor, you'll find a bathroom and an entrance hall.

On the second floor, there is the bedroom with a large matrimonial bed (180x200), HiFi system and an LCD TV with a DVD player, and SAT stations. You can get to the terrace through the bedroom, where you can enjoy a wonderful panorama. Next to the bedroom, there is an elegant bathroom with a toilet.

The flat has its own heating, so you can set the temperature yourself. WiFi and lan internet connection are available in the apartment.

Additional equipment: telephone, towels, bed linen, hairdryer, storage room, security door.

Parking
Parking is available in front of the apartment, and it costs 15 EURO/day.

If you are coming to Prague by airplane, you can get a cheap airport transfer to the apartment.
