Description:

4-star Residence Karolina offers serviced apartments in the first district of Prague, only 600 meters from the Old Town square. Our spacious and beautiful apartments are located on five floors, all accessible by elevator. All apartments are air-conditioned and have free Internet access.

Apartments
We offer 20 apartments in the one-bedroom (65 m2) and two-bedroom (90 m2) categories. The one-bedroom apartments are suitable for 2 persons, with the possibility to add two extra beds. The two-bedroom apartments can sleep 4 persons, with the possibility to add a large comfortable sofa-bed for 2 persons in the living room. The two-bedroom apartments have two ensuite bathrooms to provide extra comfort and privacy.

Equipment of the apartments include modern furniture, air-conditioning, safety deposit box, home-cinema with DVD-player and LCD-TV, washing machine, fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, dish-washer, glass-ceramic kitchen stove, refrigerator, etc.), large and comfortable beds, well-lit bathrooms, hairdryer, ironing facilities and high-speed Internet connection.

Services of Residence Karolina
We have a 24-hour front desk where our colleagues can help you arrange transfers, car rentals, laundry, dry cleaning, table reservations, sightseeing tours, etc. Parking places are available for the rate of 25 EURO/day. Check-in is between 14:00 and 00:00, check-out is between 7:00 and 11:00. Children under the age of 12 can stay in the apartment free of charge. For an older child or adult, the extra bed costs 25 EURO/night. If you need one more extra bed, it costs only 15 EURO/night. Pets are allowed in the apartments, but only on request.

Cancellation policy:

  • Bookings for 1-6 room nights: the reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival, otherwise 1 night is to be charged.
  • Bookings for 7-21 room nights: the reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival, otherwise 2 nights are to be charged.
  • Bookings longer than 21 room nights: cancellation free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival, otherwise the total cost of accommodation is be charged.
