In whichever district your accommodation is located it is sure that you can find some typical Czech restaurants and pubs in its surroundings. Being accommodated closer and closer to the centre you have the possibility to chose among a wider range of restaurants. In the typical Czech pubs you can order also hot meals (they are called 'hostinec', 'hospoda' or 'pivnice' but the last mentioned ones may only offer beverages). Restaurants are little bit more stylish (they are called 'restaurace' or 'vinárna' - where you can order wine also). If you are looking for the authentic Czech feeling do not hesitate to visit a traditional pub and try the perfect Czech beers. Plenty of pubs in the Old Town are open till dawn. In case there are some vacant seats at your table do not be surprised if other people take a seat there. It is a custom in Prague. Besides the typical pubs you can find many elegant restaurants, bars, cafés and Irish pubs in Prague.
