The service
We provide private airport transfer service at competitive rates between Prague Ruzyni International Airport and hotels and apartments in Prague, and other destinations in the Czech Republic. We have a 24-hour service, so your plane can land any time during the day, and flight delays are no problem at all. Register yourself for the transfer by filling out the registration form. Make sure to send all your personal and flight details in order to book the pick-up service. The driver will be waiting for you at the terminal (or the hotel) with your name on a nameplate.

We will send you a confirmation of your transfer request by e-mail. In the confirmation e-mail, you will find a 24h telephone number through which you can contact the manager on duty in case there are problems at the airport (like you do not find the driver, more people arrived than expected, etc.) If you do not receive such a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, there must be a technical problem with the e-mail, so please send your request again or call us for assistance.

Price
from the airport to the hotel:
1-4 persons - 22 EURO/transfer.
5-8 persons: 32 EURO/transfer.
9-12 persons: 58 EURO/transfer.
13-16 persons: 68 EURO/transfer.

from the hotel to the airport:
1-4 persons - 22 EURO/transfer.
5-8 persons: 32 EURO/transfer.
9-12 persons: 58 EURO/transfer.
13-16 persons: 68 EURO/transfer.

Special Conditions
We accept transfer requests, which are at least 1 workday prior to arrival.

Payment
You have to pay in cash (EURO or CZK) to the driver. Other foreign currencies are not welcome, but you can change them to CZK at the airport easily.

- cars have air conditioning
- child seats are available upon request
- limousine can be arranged upon request
- the driver will wait max 60 minutes after your landing.
